Our client, a Cambridge college is seeking a College Maintenance Assistant to undertake routine and emergency building maintenance works, specifically to carry out cleaning of shower heads, other water hygiene related work and cleaning of gutters and to assist their decorating team during peak periods.

Salary £18,000 - £19,570 p.a
Based: Cambridge
A team player, your good interpersonal skills and previoius experience of working on a variety of tasks and cross-trade boundaries will help to ensure that the college upholds its reputation for outstanding maintenance work.
Benefits include contributory pension scheme, free meals on duty and 34 days holiday per year.
