About the Role

As their Project Manager/Scrum Master, you will responsible for planning, managing and executing multiple projects, including on-time/on-budget/on-scope implementation. Additionally, you are responsible for comprehensive program reports that may include but not limited to the status of projects, capacity planning, development & QA efforts, sprint details, etc.

You may direct the activities of other project managers, as well as manage certain projects yourself and must have a thorough understanding of the Agile framework and Project Management concepts and techniques and should have the skills to evaluate project feasibility, establish priority, and define, plan and execute the activities necessary to reach the project objectives and maintain focus on critical activities leading to execution.

The successful candidate will be an organizer, facilitator, planner, analyst, collaborator and problem solver. Excellent management skills and the ability to promote a team environment are essential, as are outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. You will be able to communicate with outside vendors, customers, and internal departments providing service and will have the ability to work effectively in a fluid, fast-paced environment is critical.

About You

They are looking for someone who has significant experience in managing projects within the Agile framework on a global scale, understands technology development lifecycle, proven stakeholder management skills at all levels of the organization both internally and externally and has excellent project management skills including previous use of Scrum & PM tools and techniques.

In addition, you will be experienced in Agile & Waterfall Methodologies, have experience in working in a high pressure and demanding environment and will be proficient with MS Office tools especially Project, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Rally & VSTS is a plus.
