Hourly Rate: £7.75 - £9.75 (Dependent on level of experience) + Mileage

Contract Type: Permanent, Full or Part Time Hours

The organisation supports a wide range of clients; from dementia sufferers and stroke patients to people recently released from hospital.

They're looking for Support Workers to join their team in Hampshire; predominantly Farnborough, Fleet, Camberley, and parts of Surrey.

The management team has been helping people across north-east Hampshire and south-west Surrey lead independent lives for over twenty years, so clients and their families can rest assured that they will be in safe, capable and caring hands.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible to deliver high quality person centred support; enabling their independence in a safe, non-judgemental and positive environment. Ensuring all statutory and regulatory requirements are met and in line with the Care Quality Commission Standards.

Key Requirements:

  • Offers of employment will be subject to a DBS check
  • Understanding of care provision, in either paid/voluntary capacity (this can include care for friends'/family members).
  • Kind and Friendly.
  • Ability to display empathy and warmth.
  • A driver's licence and vehicle access is desirable but not essential.
