Customer Relations Advisors

Affinity Water are looking for Customer Relations Advisors to join our brilliant team in Folkestone.
 
You'll be putting customers at the heart of everything you do as when any one of our 3.6 million customers have a question, they'll be contacting you.

To join the team, you will need to have experience in helping others and solving problems, this doesn't have to have been in a traditional customer relations role as we have people who have from plumbing, teaching and retail in our ranks. 

We will be holding assessment centres on Tuesday 19th September and Tuesday 26th September at 9am and 5.30pm both days,

if you're successful we'll give you a call within two weeks of your application and invite you to one of these sessions.

If your successful, your start date will be Monday 6th November where we will take you through a 5-week academy training.

Please ensure you don't have any holidays booked during this period as you will need to attend all the sessions during this time.
