This company is an award winning digital marketing agency established in 1999 They are looking for a senior full-stack web developer to join their team of in-house developers to expand their capacity and skill set.

Summary
The successful candidate will develop custom, often complex WordPress-based and PHP framework-based solutions; Aid sales staff and project/account managers in requirement gathering, web project planning, and general technical questions; Provide leadership in finding/developing new technologies and methods to advance the company's web offerings; Help other developers with system design and implementation;

Specific Skills

- Strong understanding of PHP (OOP) back-end development.
- Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of WordPress
- Knowledge of PHP frameworks Symfony and/or Laravel
- Knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML)
- Knowledge of change control systems.
- Experience with GIT
- Experience with Agile processes

Responsible for

- Contributing to "scope of build" conversations with development team, project managers, designers, and other developers
- Developing custom web applications that drive business processes
- Setting up e-commerce applications including Woocommerce
- Monitoring health of servers (general server admin in a managed services environment; no in-depth configuration required)
- Contributing to support of current client websites

Reports To: Head of Project Delivery

Compensation: based on experience and skill set.

Bonus Scheme: They offer all employees a company bonus scheme which can pay up to an additional 10% on basic salary.
