About The Role

Due to continued expansion we are looking to expand our team of sales representatives. The role involves dealing with incoming calls from customers around the UK who are enquiring about our range of electronic hardware and software products.This includes:

  • Generating quotations
  • Following up on leads over the phone and via email
  • Arranging demonstrations and installations of systems
  • Taking inbound sales calls
  • Providing in depth knowledge and advice of products and services we offer
  • Processing orders
  • Building relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure customer retention

About You

Must have: -

  • Enthusiastic telephone manner
  • Initiative to arrange own workload on a daily basis
  • Previous experience of working on the phone
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Confidence dealing with md's, ceo's and company directors

You should be comfortable working under your own initiative and be able to manage your own time effectively.We offer full training on our range of systems and provide all necessary tools.

Salary:

£15,000 - £20,000 subject to experience.

Working hours: When office based 08:30 - 17:30 Mon – Fri with 1/2 hr lunch. Holidays: 20 days plus statutory bank holidays.
