Customer Service Advisor £7.50ph

About the role
As a Customer Service Advisor you will be talking to customers and providing them with the company's high level of service to achieve customer satisfaction when helping to solve their issues. The role involves both inbound and outbound customer communication so confidence, a clam-nature and a professional manner is key.
The position offers flexible shifts between 8am-9pm and may include weekend work from time to time.

About you
We're looking for candidates who are good with people and comfortable on the phone. Due to the level of service required previous customer service experience of at least 6 months is necessary. If you are a keen problem solver, have a friendly attitude and the drive to succeed you'll be a perfect fit.
