Job Title: Helpline Advisor (multiple positions available)

Location: Bradford

Salary: £17,550

The UK's market leading home improvement company seeks to recruit passionate and enthusiastic Helpline Advisors into its Bradford based head office.

Job Role:

There are NO sales, cold calling or commission based pay, all calls are inbound and full training will be provided.

The Candidate:

Candidates should have previous customer service experience, ideally in a similar call centre environment and must be flexible to work alternating Saturday shifts.

Candidates must have a professional telephone manner, excellent computer skills and the ability to problem solve and multi task.

  • Accurate data entry and competent computer skills
  • Ability to prioritise and multi task
  • Organisational skills and personal time management
  • Problem solving abilities
  • Flexibility with regard to hours
  • Calm under pressure

Terms and conditions:

  • Full time based on 45 hours p/w
  • Set hours of work within usual office hours (no evenings)
  • Saturdays required on an alternating basis
  • Immediate starts available
