Independent Options is a registered charity based in Stockport providing support to people who have learning disabilities to maintain a valued lifestyle.
Our Short Breaks Service is well-established and has been in operation for over 40 years. Currently we are going through a period of transition and we are looking for a dynamic and forward thinking person to help us develop new ways to deliver short breaks. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and bring about change and you will be able take a lead role in shaping the direction of the service into the future.

Registered Manager
37 hours per week
£26,835 to £29,727 per annum
Plus payment for on call duties.
The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting after people with learning disability and hold a level 5 RM qualification or be willing to undertake training for this.
You will need to be able to lead a team, have excellent communication, organisational skills, passion for providing high quality care and enjoy a challenge. A driving licence and access to a car for work is essential.
