Our 14 acres custom built Showroom is nearly three months old and as such we are looking to strengthen the team with another Handover Specialist. Duties will include:
Demonstrating the controls of a new car to a customer
Handling finance and payment
checking part exchange cars
Dealing with customer face to face
Putting customers as ease and dealing effectively and efficiently with any concerns
The ideal candidate will have experience dealing with customers in a customer service environment or sales environment and have a full UK driving licence. Motor trade experience is not essential, however, a passion to do what is right for the customer and excellent communication skills are.
The hours of work are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 6pm and Saturday 8:30am to 12pm
