Compliance Officer - Deliverable FX/FinTech
I am currently working with a highly successful deliverable FX and FinTech firm, based in the heart of the City of London in their search for a Compliance Officer. This will be a varied and multi-faceted role but also one that will allow real autonomy. That being said you will be working alongside a highly experienced Head of Compliance who will support you and seek support in return. The firm is well-established and provides excellent development and training opportunities for its employees.
A part of this role will be based around assisting with MiFID II regulatory changes and helping to implement those changes. You will also be expected to be assist with wider Compliance, financial crime and onboarding responsibilities. You will also be expected to lead on trade reviews and file reviews along with communications monitoring.
You will ideally come from the Compliance team of a similar deliverable FX firm and have a strong knowledge of regulations including; MiFID II, EMIR, COBS and the FCA Handbook. You will have the ability and previous experience of facing off with senior stakeholders and salespeople in the front office. The salary on offer is between GBP40k-GBP45k plus excellent benefits.
