Area Manager required in the contract cleaning sector for Mansfield and surrounding areas
Our client is a total facilities management company that has a 35 year history, they require an area manager to oversee retail cleaning contracts in Mansfield and the surrounding areas.
Area Manager – The Role:
The successful applicant will be required to:
* Visit stores and liaise with store management
* Employ and train cleaning staff
* Complete quality standard audits
* Complete wage sheets
Area Manager – The Candidate:
The ideal applicant will also be organised, have decent time management skills, good people skills and above all be the sort of person that gives the final 10% extra to keep our impressive list of blue chip retail companies happy.
Driving license and a good grasp of English are basic requirements, but as long as you have decent organisation skills we can train and teach you the rest of your role.
In return the successful candidate will be given a company vehicle, Mobile phone and competitive commencement salary. Above all else our client can offer decent career prospects and offers job stability in these turbulent times.
Salary: £21,000 - £23,000 per Annum
