About the role
As a Customer Service Advisor you will be building a relationship with customers with your natural rapport building skills. You will engage with them, actively listen to them and introduce them to warranties to protect their current products.
With your active questioning and listening skills you will be able to identify other suitable products for the customer that could improve the customer experience.

Working 37.5 hours per week, you will be flexible and be able to adapt to working different hours as and when required. Opening hours: 8am -8pm Monday-Sunday.
Weekends are on a rota basis but you will get time off in the week - perfect for shopping when it`s quieter in the City.
