Secretarial & Admin Recruitment Consultant / Manager

Fantastic opportunity for a consultant with 2-3 years' recruitment experience, a team leader or a manager to grow a team of consultants focusing on secretarial and administration appointments throughout the London region.
Our client is a GBP100m t/o business, who started 29 years ago, focusing on the construction, rail and healthcare sectors. Currently, they do not cover the secretarial / admin sector. Therefore, the opportunity to cross sell into existing clients is enormous.
You will have a minimum 2 to 3 years' experience within the secretarial and commercial markets and will be a self-starter. You may be a high achieving consultant with no scope to progress, a team leader lacking direction or a manager frustrated with red tape and kpi's. This is a billing role and you will be expected to source candidates and develop new business. My client is also interested in a team of consultants (+ manager) if the opportunity arises.
This is an environment where you are rewarded for your success. Consultants should be self-sufficient, target and money driven individuals. Managers are responsible for running their own portfolio of clients, whilst also growing a team of consultants / resourcers (once targets have been achieved).
To attract and keep the best consultants they are willing to pay an excellent basic, commission to 25%, mobile phone, company car / car allowance, gym membership, corporate incentives, team nights out.
Package:
Consultants 2-3 years' experience (typically) up to GBP30,000 Basic (DOE + Current Billings)
Consultants 3-4 years' experience (typically) up to GBP40,000 Basic (DOE + Current Billings)
Manager - 5 years' experience (typically) up to GBP50,000 Basic (DOE + Current Billings)
