Salary: £10,598 per annum

Fixed Term Contract – Maternity Cover

Part Time Monday to Friday mornings, 20 hours per week (09:30-13:30)

Housingrecruit.com is advertising for a HR Administrator on behalf of our client, a leading social housing provider based at their head office in Fareham.

Our client is a registered housing provider working across Hampshire, West Sussex and Berkshire to support people who are homeless, or at risk of becoming homeless.

They are currently recruiting for a part time HR Administrator to join them at their Fareham Head Office on a fixed term contract covering maternity leave, starting 23rd October 2017.

As HR Administrator, you will be responsible for delivering a timely and efficient recruitment and training administration service.

You will be supporting the Service Managers with their recruitment needs, from advertising vacancies to arranging and coordinating interviews and also covering the core training programme, booking courses and maintaining the online learning platform. Along with these duties, you will provide general administrative support as required to the HR team.

The ideal candidate will have strong IT skills and a minimum of GCSE (A-C) in English and Maths. Excellent communication and organisation skills are a must. Previous experience of working in an HR, training or recruitment environment would be an advantage.
