Catering Manager

• £23,116 inclusive of Outer London Allowance
• Monday to Friday 6:45 am - 2:45 pm
• Term Time + Ten Additional Days During the Holidays
• Required as soon as available

Applications are invited for the post of Catering Manager to run the in-house catering provision for this successful and oversubscribed school.

You will be managing all aspects of the kitchens, including Health & Safety and Training & Development. The successful candidate will:

• Have in-depth knowledge of the catering industry
• Have proven experience of managing a team
• Have excellent customer service skills
• Be able to demonstrate past experience of producing fresh, high-quality meals within a budget
• Be financially astute
• Be IT-literate with experience of using Word/Excel and if possible cashless catering systems
• Have a flexible and can do” attitude
