The main objective and responsibility of a Network Response Officer is to deliver a safe, attractive station environment for visitors and passengers of their client's premise.
As a Response Officer within the business you will be responsible for the following :
• To Provide a high visibility presence for the reassurance of the public, client personnel and other key facility stakeholders.
• To deter/deal with acts of anti-social behaviour in line with their policies.
• To report all relevant incidents in the appropriate manner to the appropriate people as soon as possible.
• To act as ambassadors of the company
• To be high profile on security patrols, and high profile on static reassurance duties.
• Enforce the rail Byelaws.
• Work in line with the National Rail Security Programme.
Essential:
• SIA Door License
• Able to provide 5 year work history
Desirable:
• Have experience of working in a rail environment.
Salary: £8.40 - £9.40 per hour , Increases after Probation
