Class 1 & 2 HGV Drivers Wanted - PAYE
CTS is an established transport company based in Leighton Buzzard offering general haulage. It is a small but prosperous company which focuses heavily on driver performance and has a reward structure to match.
Our salary for Class 1 is GBP40k and for Class 2 is GBP32k. A 6th shift per week pays GBP160/GBP125.
We offer health and pension schemes along with free uniform
and free CPC training programmes.
Drivers must have 2 years experience, no more than 6 points on their licence and good command of spoken English.
A bonus structure exists which rewards the following:
Overall driver performance, damage conformance, timekeeping, tacho infringements and presentation.
We also pay every driver a loyalty bonus of GBP1k every 6 months.
