BS Social Care are looking for a Care Manager for a complex care and very well established domiciliary service covering the Milton Keynes/Northamptonshire area. This is a permanent and full time role overseeing a number of care packages within the area providing complex care to any age with acquired brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, strokes, tracheostomy care and more.
About the employer; the employer is a very well established company who have been up and running for approx 6 years. This is very much a growing and successful company who really pushes the quality of care within the services they provide. Adult complex care, paediatric complex care, palliative care and live-in care are just some of their specialities.
About the job; the role is very much a managerial role overseeing all aspects of every package you take on. You will work very closely with the Team Leaders/Team Managers to ensure they are being supported to be able to support the team and the client. You will also ensure that every client is receiving the best possible care. You will liaise with Office Managers, other Care Managers and the MD and more.
About the ideal candidate, you will ideally have the following;
- Have at least two years` experience in the care industry
- Have experience of delivering complex care
- Must have or be willing to work towards level 5
- Must have a full driving license
- Must be a car owner
