This is a great opportunity for a Sales Executive to join a leading, global provider, of Spread betting, CFDs and Forex. The company is based in Northwood and is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in the UK. The company is looking to grow the existing sales force after tremendous success over the last two years. The right candidate must have the drive and desire to progress in this fast moving industry, to reap the rewards of the uncapped commission being offered.
As a Sales Executive you will get the chance to interact with traders all over the globe, each one being a potential client. You will be responsible for development of hot leads, generated by the marketing team, into funded and trading accounts. No cold calling is required. Your duties will also include conducting fact finds and ensuring all clients have provided the appropriate documentation. Individuals will have the opportunity to progress to more senior roles, within a three tier hierarchical sales department, starting from a Junior Sales Executive position, moving to a Senior Sales Executive and eventually a Relationship Manager, focusing on developing existing clients by assisting with trading strategies and cross selling of the company's product range.
The company is looking to invest in the right people, they will be providing a comprehensive training programme on sales, products and the financial markets in the first few weeks of employment, and thereafter on-going training will be given to ensure development and growth.

The successful candidate will receive a £15,000-£18,000 basic + monthly commission. OTE of up to £25K.
