Estates Team Gardener

The Estates team provide an exceptional high quality service to our residents. As an Estates Gardens Operative you will be expected to meet the daily challenges that come with maintaining building and grounds services whilst continually providing a safe environment in which the residents can enjoy life. Residents are at the heart of what we do and the Estates team therefore enjoy day to day contact with older people, have patient and excellent communication skills to reassure and assist as required. The Estates team work flexibly and assist other team members on a variety of tasks when needed.

What we're looking for:

Due to the nature of the services we provide at St Monica Trust, we will also be looking for an understanding of older people's needs. Additionally, the wide range of tasks associated with this role (as outlined in the role profile) will require a good level of practical skills and the ability to drive.
