This role is to support the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in the operation of the Bar/Restaurant, managing reservations, taking and managing bookings and maintaining the in-house reservations system.  Liaising with the General Manager you will help to manage promotions and events.  Managing the recruitment of new team members you will advertise, attend interviews, issue contracts and ensure all documentation is received from candidates.  You will be responsible for ongoing team welfare, conducting performance reviews, disciplinary hearings and updating the Staff Handbook and associated manuals will form a large part of this role.  

Applicants should have strong administration skills and have experience in events, hospitality and/or leisure industry.
