Temporary Direct Marketing Assistant

We are recruiting got a temporary Direct Marketing assistant for a high profile social welfare charity, immediate start !The RoleTo work with Direct Marketing Manager and to provide administrative support to the department.Assist with maintaining records of all campaign costs, raising purchase orders and authorising invoices.Assist with development of the creative packs for campaigns including proof reading, signing off copy, artwork and print proofs.Work with key suppliers to ensure their delivery is to agreed standards.Assist with reporting on campaign performance and monitor against past performance and planned expectationsThe CandidateDemonstrable experience at providing administrative support Experience of using databases Experience in Direct marketing, including direct mail, doordrops and insertsPrevious experience of managing external relationships with suppliers.Good standard of education, GCSE or equivalent IMPORTANT NOTEOur aim is to respond to all successful applications within 5 days.
