Job Type: Full time (37 hours per week), permanent, job share considered

Location: Godalming, UK (office-based)

Help transform billions of lives. Including yours.

Do you have a proven track record in administration, great attention to detail, a can-do attitude and a desire to change the world?

Compassion in World Farming is the leading international farm animal welfare organisation, actively campaigning to improve the lives of animals around the world. You could join us in fighting factory farming – the biggest form of animal cruelty on the planet.

Compassion receives no government funding, so relies on a passionate movement of supporters to prevent animal suffering. We are looking for a talented administrator to help deliver world-class communication with these donors, campaigners, fundraisers and potential supporters to maintain and grow their enthusiastic participation in the fight to end factory farming.

Set within a vibrant Fundraising and Supporter Engagement Team, this role is essential to the activities of Compassion and will offer a strong insight into the workings of the charity. You will need excellent interpersonal skills, both oral and written, great attention to detail and a systematic approach. Good computer literacy is vital, as is the ability to juggle a variety of tasks to tight deadlines.

The successful applicant will be able to work autonomously, but will also enjoy working with the input and support of other team members in a dynamic environment.
