My client provides specialist recruitment solutions in securing staffing requirements for national and international organisations in Technology, Finance and HR.

They are looking for Trainee Recruitment Consultants to train and progress within the company. You will be a bright graduate or have relevant experience within B2B, B2C telesales or field sales. We want you to be hungry for success and real drive, motivation and determination to succeed and move up within the company. You will be hard working, motivated and hungry to earn as much money as possible!

As a successful recruitment consultant your role will involve screening, interviewing and candidates and in turn building up a large network of relevant candidates. Your skills in building strong relationships with all your candidates will ensure that you understand their experiences and requirements to guarantee that you place them within the right role. As a recruitment consultant you will be speaking and meeting with clients on a daily basis to understand their requirements and how you can help them in their search for the best candidate for their job.
