Our client, a leading solutions provider in the UK and Ireland, are looking for a confident and experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join them at their Gloucester site.
Working with a range of industries and renowned for their excellent service, this organisation provide ongoing support and training opportunities for their employees in a dynamic and professional working environment.
Reporting in to the Warehouse Shift Manager, you will be a leading a team of between 15-20, managing operations within your daily area of responsibility. You will be responsible for achieving targets, supporting the team with any issues and ensuring quality levels and productivity targets are met.
You will need to come from a warehousing or production background and have a minimum of 1 years experience working in a supervisory role. A working knowledge of warehouse management systems is also required as well as proven management skills.
