Sales and Project Manager

This company is a young, creative, growing business operating in the corporate sector. They have a wide variety of clients, including many high profile brand names, to whom they offer the best level of service within their niche market. They have a small, friendly team that work hard in a relaxed atmosphere. They are looking for someone who will become an integral part of their team and will assist them with their ambition of continued growth and excellence of standards.

They are looking for an upbeat, motivated individual to join their fun, but hardworking team in Folkestone. The role is critical to the business and at times it will be demanding, with extremely tight customer deadlines to be met.

The job will be a mix of sales and order processing and will primarily involve:
- Sales generation by responding to new business enquiries - advising on products, providing quotes and sending samples.
- Project managing jobs, liaising with suppliers, internal designers and production staff and overseeing the project through to dispatch.
- On-going account management - maintaining good customer relations and creating new business opportunities with existing clients.

They are looking for candidates that are/have:
- Highly articulate with excellent communication skills
- Focused, with superb attention to detail, even during times of high workload/pressure
- Extremely organized, able to follow procedures and multi task
- A confident but polite manner and an ability to build rapport with professional customers
- Self-motivated, work without constant supervision and to take the initiative
- Positive and proactive attitude, remain level headed under pressure and a good level of common sense
- Worldly and well educated (good educational qualifications essential, especially in English and Maths.).

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 9 am - 5.30pm;
20 days holiday + bank holidays

Salary:
£16,500 - £20,000, dependent on the candidate.
More may be available for an exceptional candidate.
A workplace pension will be provided.
