We are delighted to be working alongside a membership body working with youth, who are seeking to employ a Marketing and Communications Co-ordinator part-time (3 days per week) on a temporary basis.Key responsibilities in this role;-As directed by the Chief Executive and Communication Officer, responsible for tasks including all aspects of Marketing & Communication (M&C) taking actions and decisions within a specified remit-Maintains and updates our websites and social media channels on a daily basis-To write and assist with writing stories / articles for both the website and eNewsletter-Supports the volunteers and champions of the organisation with various tasks, including pre and post meeting organisation and requests-Monitors media coverage alerts-Supports with various requests for branded materials-Attends regular team meetings with other staff members and the Chief Executive, providing weekly reports on tasks and deadlines-Is aware of the current resources and initiatives of the organisationTo apply for this position you must meet the following criteria:-Be available immediately-Have experience working in the third sector-Experience of maintaining social media platforms-Experience in marketing/communicationsIf you feel you meet the criteria please do apply and if you are shortlisted you will be contacted.
