Full-time roles available - GBP7.50 per hour At the Hawthorns located in Braintree, we are currently seeking, creative, dedicated and enthusiastic team players to join us as Kitchen Porter. The Hawthorns in Braintree provides a unique, high-quality independent living experience in a luxurious and lively environment. As our Kitchen Porter you will help serve meals and clear dishes at residents' tables following Hawthorns procedures and to prepare, wash, and store dishes as well as keeping the kitchen clean. The key responsibilities of our Kitchen Porter include: Assist Chefs in cleaning food serving areas and equipment including deep cleaning on a regular basis. Assist chef with food preparation Lay tables for the next meal. Work as part of the Food Service Team to ensure smooth, efficient and safe operation of the kitchen. The role will require you to work shifts on a rota to include weekends. Proof of eligibility to work in the UK is essential.
