Cleaning Operative - Wigpool
We are recruiting a Cleaning Operative for our client site based in Mitcheldean, Wigpool, Gloucestershire.
Working 11 hours per week. Monday to Thursday 2hrs a day and 3 hours on a Friday.
Mornings or afternoons - Flexible start times depending on preference.
Principal Accountabilities:
Taking complete ownership of Cleaning in office, washroom, toilet, messroom and kitchen areas.
Removal of waste to designated area.
Ensure adequate stocks of consumables are available and dispensers are filled
Request replenishment orders in a timely manner
Log into and out of work on each shift using nominated method.
Respond quickly to any feedback identified by the Cleaning Supervisor.
Ensure any repairs noticed during cleaning duties are reported to the site manager
Carry out additional or special cleans as instructed by the Cleaning Supervisor, using equipment and chemicals appropriate to the task
Wear and look after PPE as per site/EMCOR policy
Person Specification:
Previous experience of cleaning in an operations environment would be an advantage
Methodical and meticulous approach to work
Other factors:
You will be working alone but with client staff onsite at all times
These sites are largely hard floor areas. The job will involve sweeping and mopping hard floors daily.
