We are a busy residential conveyancing office and as part of our growth strategy we require a bright, technically capable and client focused experienced residential conveyancer/solicitor. This role offers the potential for career progression opportunities.

We have an excellent reputation for client care, quality of work and a culture of introducer relationship building. You will be joining an exceptionally well managed firm with a loyal client base and you must have a similar ethos regarding client care.

Good organisation skills are a must together with a sound understanding of property law and processes. You will also be required to manage and delegate to your support assistant.

Main Purpose of the Job

Our business is growing and we are looking for a Qualified Residential Conveyancer to join the team to manage your own caseload of freehold and leasehold residential property.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

You will be expected to use a case management system and manage your own caseload from instruction through to file closure, to tight deadlines, in accordance with company procedures on both Sales and Purchases of freehold and leasehold residential property.


You will also be required to communicate with Clients and agents keeping them updated as require, remain calm under pressure and prioritise your workload effectively.

Work in a team environment and support your colleagues.


Communicate appropriately and confidently at all levels within the team and the wider business as well as with clients, agents and other parties in person, by phone, letter, email or other communication means.

You must have

Previous experience of working in a residential conveyancing is a must.

Strong organisation and communication skills.

Attention to detail and numeracy skills.

Good interpersonal skills and confidence in liaising with others.

Effective Time management skills.

Excellent Keyboard, IT and data entry skills.

Problem solving abilities.


Enthusiasm and ability to be part of the team.
