Project Manager - Supported Living

Centre 404 is a friendly, local and thriving charity with an excellent reputation for providing high quality support and services to people with learning disabilities and their families in North London. 

We have an opportunity for a motivated and efficient person to manage a supported living project for 4 adults with learning disabilities and high and complex needs. 

The role will include coordinating and providing excellent person centred care and support for tenants in all areas of day-to-day living, to enable them to live independently in their own home.  

You will oversee the development and implementation of care plans designed to provide meaningful choice and a range of activities and support. You will also be responsible for encouraging a culture based on respect and dignity, providing supervision and clear management to a team of support workers as well as ensuring that the service meets legislative and organisational standards.  

The right candidate will be able to demonstrate a track record in motivating, managing and developing staff, alongside a clear understanding of leadership responsibilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential and experience of supporting people with high and complex support needs would also be an advantage.

The successful candidate will be committed to maintaining quality and continuous improvement of the project, through dialogue with service users, their families and advocates.  

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about delivering excellent quality, has a positive attitude to managing a varied workload, a willingness to learn and develop new skills, and the ability to work positively as part of a team.

Job Title: Project Manager
Salary: £24,905.66 pro rata
Hours: 18.5 hours per week, including occasional evenings, nights and weekends
*Additional Support Worker hours are also available to make this up to a full-time post
