Residential Conveyancer
This established Somerset based firm are recruiting for a residential property fee earner in one of their very busy Somerset offices in Ilminster.
You will ideally be either a qualified solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer looking to head up the small property team in this branch and continue to build on the good work achieved to date.
You will handle the technical elements of sales, purchases, transfers of equity and remortgages. Although this is residential property work, any exposure to commercial property would be an advantage.
Management experience not essential.
