Snap Surveys is a long established, successful and leading survey software and research services company, based in London, Bristol and the US. The business has developed innovative Survey Solutions, and provide a complete range of services to their clients including, Snap Survey Software, Ready-to-Run Surveys, Feedback Solutions, Research Services, Help Desk Support and Training and Consultancy. Their surveys are used across all modes of survey research from on line, paper to mobile. The software is used daily by thousands of organizations of every size ranging from public sector, government higher education, market research agencies, financial services, franchise and membership organisations as well as those involved in media, health, and charities.

Snap Surveys is now looking to appoint a new role of Commercial Director to be based from their head office in North Bristol. Reporting to the Managing Director, this role will have overall responsibility for all commercial activities of the company, identifying and exploiting new areas for development as well as ensuring available opportunities for profit and growth are maximised. This is a multi-faceted role, where you will work directly with major clients as well as through partner organisations, with the goal of increasing lead generation. This will often mean working on new bids and tenders, as well as negotiating and overseeing supplier contracts and relationships.

This is an exciting new role with a well-established software and services business, and as such as we are seeking candidates who have strong entrepreneurial skills and an ability to identify and exploit opportunities. Sectors of interest include technology, software, telecoms, as well as market research. You will have broad client exposure and be used to leading bids and tenders, with the ability to build strong external relationships and networks.
