Hotline and Service Coordinator - Engineering
My client, the world's largest and most recognised company that deals with test technology for cars, trucks and large engines is currently seeking a Hotline and Service Coordinator to join their Global Customer Service and Engineering Department to take responsibility for maintaining the up to date record of present and forward service department workloads. Being the first point of contact for all customers who require service support, you will work closely with the Service and Service Sales Manager to provide a prompt, courteous and efficient experience to all and any enquiry to the SAP based support system. Ideal candidates will have the ability to motivate and coordinate Service Engineers, allocate staff in accordance with priority guide lines and be able to deal with stressed situations in a professional and calm manner.You will arrange for technical support or fault clarification to be provided when necessary and build and sustain good working relationships with customers. Automotive or Electrical Engineering background is essential.
