My client in Yeovil is offering an exciting and rewarding career withing the Travel Industry. They are looking for a Team leader to oversee and ensure the smooth running of the Operations Department.

As the Operations Team Leader you will be reporting to the Operations Manger and you will have the following areas of responsibility:

• You will be leading a small team ensuring the successful delivery of travel itineraries and ensuring all deadlines are adhered to
• You will be involved in assisting with vendor selection and rate negotiations to meet the clients specific requirements
• Managing any feedback, complaints and any issues
• You will be making reservations and confirming services to ensure all elements of the itineraries are confirmed and in place
• Research and look into any issues and and areas that could be improved

Other duties and responsibilities;

• Be Flexible and adaptable to change
• You will have the ability to stay calm under pressure and work to tight deadlines
• Improve processes and introduce new ideas to continually improve the service
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers
• Ensure you are compliant at all times

My client is offering an attractive salary of GBP21,000 + additional company benefits, this is a full time, permanent position
