Are you looking for a fresh role within the care sector?

BS Social Care are looking for a Senior Support Worker to join a nationwide company in one of their services in Wirral.

You will be providing support to adults with autism, assisting them with all aspects of daily life and ensuring all their needs are met. You will encourage and develop the service users, enabling them to live a full life as independently as possible. You will also provide support and guidance to the rest of the team, overseeing the day-to-day running of the service in the absence of management.

You must have a supportive and trustworthy nature, as well as being a team player. You must also be flexible, confident, and good humoured. Due to the diverse needs of the people you will be supporting, a strong mentality is compulsory. In order to succeed in this role, it is essential to use your own initiative and strive for development and the best outcome in all situations.

Essential Criteria:

- NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care

- Experience with mental health/learning difficulties

- Education to a GCSE level (or equivalent)

- Excellent communication skills

This is a full time role (40 hours per week) at £8.20 an hour. The company also offers continuous training, development, and chances for progression.
