This property selling specialist seeks experienced Telesales Expert to join their Team in Manchester M12 office, 15 minutes walking distance from Piccadilly.
Outbound telesales requiring a candidate with exceptional telesales background.
They are looking for candidates who are confident over the phone, with excellent sales and customer service skills.
Candidates should have the ability to input data quickly and accurately make calls using manual dialer & automated dialer systems. Call centre experience is preferred.
Your responsibility:
- Qualifying warm leads from database over phone
- Use automated dialer from our CRM system for calling
- Manual click to call to our database
- Effective exhaustion and management of non-contacted leads and follow ups
- Working to targets for winning new business
Desired Attributes:
- Strong sales passion and drive
- Excellent communication skills
- Motivated self-starter
Though they are a property company, for this role they are looking candidates with a strong background in call centre work from any sector.
Working Hours
Full-time: 43 hours per week
Working week is 5 day a week and every other Saturday though this may reduce in future to 5 days
Staggered shifts are on rota, involving work between the hours of 9am and 7pm
