We are currently recruiting enthusiastic Customer Service Advisors to work as part of an exciting project within a large national company established in Worcester. You will be working for a household name with real national presence!
Communicating with current and new customers. You will be responsible for handling incoming customer queries regarding orders so you'll need great listening skills. You will be managing each individual situation with care to find the best solution that meets both the customer and business needs.
We're looking for candidates with great communication skills, and a problem solving attitude. If you're resilient and confident then we'd love to hear from you.
You will be working FULL TIME INCLUDING WEEKEND WORKING. The company is easily accessible by public transport, and offer free parking for those who drive into work.
