24 Hour Response Officer (Care and Support)

Full Time (Flexible working on a call out basis, over a five week rota to include evenings, nights and weekend working) 
£20,247 per annum*
(Plus mileage allowance or use of a company vehicle) 

We currently have an opportunity for a 24 hour Response Officer to join our team. The main requirement of this role will be:

To provide a 24 hour response service to customers in the Wyre Forest on a rota basis
To assist a customer who has had a fall using appropriate methods and/or equipment
To offer a responsive and efficient service, within 20 minutes of call out, to all customers with a strong focus on outstanding customer care.
To on occasions carry out personal care services to residents of The Community Housing Group. 

The successful candidates for this position ideally will have previous experience in care and support and be qualified to NVQ level 2 or equivalent or be willing to work towards QCF in care. 

We are looking for someone who is flexible in their approach, is an excellent communicator and able to remain calm in difficult situations.

You will be a team player who has an approachable personality and able to problem solve and identify and manage risk.

*This salary is inclusive of on call working 

Employees must have satisfactorily completed 16 weeks of their probation period before being considered for other posts within the organisation.
