JT Recruit's Mansfield branch is currently looking for an experienced Bookkeeper/Credit Controller on behalf of our client in Alfreton. This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm.
Duties may include:
- Monitor emails
- Cash Allocation/Daily banking
- Chase Customers for payments
- Resolving Sales Ledger Queries
- Credit Control and Chasing Remittances
- Invoicing all dispatched goods
- Set up and mange Sales Ledger Accounts
- Credit Checks on new clients
- Send out Credit Applications and do Trade References
- Manage accounts on stop
- Process Card Payments
- Raise Proforma's/Commercial Invoices
- Raising Credit notes
- Customer Statements
Experience is essential in Sage line 50, Xero, Excel and Microsoft Office.
