This role will primarily support the OCP program manager across several key deliverables in the partner space such as quota, target setting, RoB support, MPL management etc. There will also be scope to drive process improvement and partner with the business to drive impactful insights.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Help support the Program Managers deliver a professional service to the wider business
  • Have a deep understanding of internal systems & tools becoming an "expert" able to train and support across OCP
  • Challenge existing procedures, suggest improvements and implement changes as needed.
  • Work with Stakeholders, BSO Business Analysts & IT teams to create, automate & streamline processes.
  • Provide innovative solutions for reporting needs with an emphasis on delivering improved methods of data presentation.
  • Deliver value past the data - tell the story of the numbers and have an opinion on the analysis
  • Understand the key business levers and suggest ways to better review & improve performance
  • Working closely with key internal customers and ensuring highest level of data quality.
  • Develop/Maintain Data infrastructure & Reporting processes
  • Provide accurate measurement and reporting of Customer & Partner business metrics including aspects of revenue and pipeline management.

  • Knowledge, Skills & Experience

    1) Experience

    • Knowledge of Sales & Marketing and Business Metrics.
    • Previous Business Reporting Analyst or similar experience in a Large Enterprise
    • Ability to communicate and translate between businesses need, data structures and analysis conclusions.
    • Ability to learn new technologies and apply them to solve in real world business problems.
    • Turning data into insight
    • Some channel or partner experience preferable but not essential

    • Technical / Functional Skills
    • Advanced Excel (Functions, Pivot Tables etc), Power BI
    • Business Modelling using Excel / Basic SQL
    • Ability to drive success through the ambiguity resulting from highly variable levels of data quality.
