This is an opportunity to join the UK's leading provider of responsive school websites, apps, interactive prospectuses and SEO and PPC services to the education sector. They have produced online and printed marketing for some of the most recognised independent schools in the UK and internationally. Their portfolio of nearly 2000 schools includes small primary schools, middle schools, secondary schools, academies and many of the largest and most prestigious independent schools. They are looking for a Project Manager for their energetic and innovative design studio based in SW London. The successful applicant will work as part of the project management team and will manage the delivery of multiple website projects concurrently.

Responsibilities:
- Set up, monitor,manage multiple client projects from start through to completion.
- Liaise with the Sales team to ensure smooth transition.
- Understand and follow the internal PM processes and ensure it is applied at all times.
- Work with the design team to Interpret and understand the client brief sufficiently including requirements and solutions.
- Act as the liaison between clients and the your team.
- Work closely with the assigned designer and Front End Developer to ensure projects are on time and to budget - Manage client expectations effectively.
- Manage and maintain client relationships by regularly communicating and appraising alongside managing expectations in relation to any build issues.

Skills and experience:
- At least 2+ years' experience working within a Digital Project Management role.
- In depth knowledge of website design and development process.
- Proven track record in managing website and print projects.
- Proven customer relation management skills to increase customer satisfaction.
- Exceptional organization skills, able to manage multiple projects and complete work to agreed deadlines and develop and change plans for the production of specific pieces of work.
- Able to present well-structured documentation in a convincing way to the customer and explain complex propositions to non-technical clients.
- Excellent communication able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Able to take action to monitor and control costs within allocated projects.
- High attention to detail ensuring quality processes are met.
- Works well under pressure and maintains a calm appearance and responds positively under pressure, ensuring virtual team are available for support if required.
