The Role...
The post of Night Support Worker is for a member of staff to be awake through the night on site, on a shift rota worknig 4 days on and 4 days off. Your main responsibilities are to, ensure Health & safety routines are carried out within the building. To Safeguard the young people within the service. To record in line with recording policy and to ensure young people adhere to the House Code.
The Ideal...
Ideally we would like for you to have experience within a similar post and all relevant qualifications for working with young people in a care setting.
The Minimum...
We need you to have a certain degree of flexibility toward a rolling care rota. The ability to effectively communicate with young people. We also need a caring approach to meeting needs with the ability to adapt to quickly changing circumstances.
