Job Summary: Provide accounting support and analysis in the FNST Corporate Accounting & Finance Department. Areas include general accounting, account analysis and reconciliations and supporting internal and external audits. Position is a key staff role in the accounting department.Senior Corporate Accountant- 201173
Ihre Aufgaben
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned that pertain to the classification. Demonstrated job duties and knowledge listed for the job classification. Knowledge of all duties is to be cross functional but specific duties are assigned within available personnel.
Manage general ledger accounting activities and monthly close process for certain accounts assigned to you, assuring timely and accurate reconciliation of applicable balance sheet accounts and disclosures.
Look for opportunities to provide additional services to our Plant Controllers.
Perform monthly general ledger account reconciliations and various financial analyses as needed.
Maintain regular communication and interact directly with our Plant Controllers on accounting information, due dates, deadlines, and other matters.
Support in preparation and maintenance of corporate finance policies and procedures.
Primary company contact for external annual financial audit data and documentation requests.
Support as necessary the collection of data to support the regional tax department.
Special projects upon request.

Unsere Erwartungen
Minimum Qualifications:
B.S. degree or higher in accounting or other business related field
5-10 years of general ledger accounting experience preferably in a multi-location company of similar size to FNST or audit experience with a public audit firm
Preferred Qualifications:
CPA or similar designation
Solid working knowledge of preferably IFRS alternatively US GAAP
Understanding and experience with complex accounting topics such as M&A accounting, dividend and equity transactions, derivatives, etc.
Job experience or good understanding of financial consolidation and reporting concepts
Advanced skills in using and maintaining core business systems (SAP FI/CO, HFM, Hyperion, QAD etc.) including chart of accounts, journal entries, balance sheets, data retrieval and reconciliations
Capacity to perform detailed analysis while understanding the big picture implication(s)
Job experience or good understanding of general ledger account reconciliations
Experience working with internal and external auditors
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent Excel skills are necessary
Ability to work as part of a team, independently and with colleagues around the world
