An excellent opportunity to join a successful and growing firm, delivering high quality planning and advice to a small number of high net worth clients. You will directly support the Principal in analysis, research and report writing. Support and funding for further qualifications and professional development.

The Company:
This company are a full service, independent Financial Planning & Wealth Management firm based in George Square, Glasgow. Their clients are exclusively private client families or individuals. By extension of this, their advice will occasionally include their clients' business interests or trusts.

With a focus on high net worth clients, they are able to ensure delivery of high quality planning, advice and experience for their clients. Following recent successes and growth in business, they are looking to add an experienced Paraplanner to their team.

The Person:
- An experienced Paraplanner with a desire to deliver high quality planning and service to clients. Focusing on quality of service delivered & not volume.
- The ideal applicant will be Level 4 qualified (or close to achieving) and will have some experience of dealing with high net worth financial planning scenarios.
- Full funding of further qualifications can be agreed for those motivated to progress their professional status, if required.
- A strong background in tax planning and pensions (including defined benefit analysis and reporting) is preferential.
- Knowledge of Intelligent Office, FE Analytics and CashCalc would also be advantageous but not essential.

The Role:
- The role will involve technically challenging and interesting work with a small number of high net worth families.
- You will be responsible for administering significant client assets from the Principal's desk and have oversight on production of financial planning reports.
- Supporting the Principal throughout the Planning process - including attending client meetings, analysis, research and report writing.
- You will be given a high level of autonomy in the role and support for your professional development.

The Benefits:
This is an outstanding opportunity with a successful and expanding firm. Salary: up to £38,000 dependant on experience, plus additional benefits. Support with ongoing development and funding for further qualifications if required.
