Salary: £22,225 + Sales Bonus OTE £30,000

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Hours of Work: 8am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday. 10am - 4pm Sunday

About the Position

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and persuasive individual capable of leading an experienced team to build on the success already enjoyed by our well established client in Reading. You may already be a store manager or at supervisor level looking to take that next step into management but your previous experience is less important than your future potential.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

This position offers the opportunity to take day to day control of a profitable branch. You'll be in charge of training, developing and motivating experienced staff in order to achieve sales.

• Managing and developing staff ensuring each team member is motivated
• Providing expert advice whilst leading from the front ensuring all sales targets are maximised
• Assisting customers whilst proactively finding the best product for each potential customer
• Managing and monitoring stock levels of all products
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

Key Requirements:

You must be confident, outgoing, and persuasive with a results orientated approach to each day whilst taking responsibility for the branch.
