Our client has just launched their new Corporate strategy - growing their organisation and working tirelessly towards solving the housing crisis.

They are currently seeking an HR Administrator to provide accurate, timely and appropriate employment advice and guidance to line managers, employees and stakeholders whilst delivering a full range of HR administrative duties. Within this role your main responsibilities will include providing an administration services and support through the full range of HR duties (recruitment, changes to terms and conditions, probationary periods, absence, leavers, employee benefits), managing the HR systems to ensure information is accurate and the interface with payroll is maintained in a timely manner and providing first point of contact for HR related enquiries to ensure the effective handling of information. You will also be expected to complete statutory employment checks including eligibility to work and DBS; maintain information relating to employees, KPIs and HR activity providing metrics and analysis to support business requirements and administering and promoting employee benefits to ensure that records are accurate and awareness maintained.

The successful candidate will have worked within a similar role previously providing a broad HR administrative service with strong links to Payroll. You will demonstrate values of passion, collaboration, dedication and innovation and you will be a strong team player who has the ability to work under pressure and prioritise workloads to ensure that an efficient service is delivered. You must be a confident user of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and you will be highly organised, enabling you to plan, prioritise and multi-task to ensure that all tasks are carried out in a timely manner.
