The ServiceNow IT Demand and Product Manager will be responsible for driving the product roadmap in collaboration with the Head of ITSM, CTO and Service/Account Management teams.
In addition, this role will also help to manage the platform demand and this demand will also help to drive the scope and product roadmap.
Responsibilities:
• Produces and implements product roadmaps as contribution towards service strategies
• Translates stakeholder requests into specific product features and gives recommendations to Service Management
• Oversees build and configuration of products following engineering standards and service strategy
• Reviews and signs off product relevant project checkpoints against defined quality targets
• Ensures compliance with IT-Risk and security policies, compliance with audit architecture and technology standards (e.g. PADI/FICAS, CDC, Encryption, Backup, and Archiving).
• Ensures stability of the product and the related components through capacity planning and performance management
• Grants production sign off (PSO) for each change in production.
• Initiates and manages commissioning and decommissioning of products
• Ensures required 3rd level support

Your team

The Enterprise Service - Content Management (ESCM) team is part of the Technology Services (TS) Automation - Tooling team. The team is responsible for the globally available ServiceNow platform which is predominantly used by Group Technology to manage the ITSM processes within the bank. The team is also responsible for the content management system, Documentum.

Your experience and skills

You have:
• Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
• Excellent hands-on ServiceNow configuration and development experience with a proven track record of implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform
• A detailed understanding of the latest versions of ServiceNow
• Have an in-depth understanding of the ServiceNow configuration and development features and be able to leverage these when implementing functionality on the platform
• Have experience of working within an agile team and be familiar with the Scrum methodology
• Develop using best practices and standards; write code with performance in mind and drive automation wherever possible
• Have the ability to propose alternative solutions to a problem whilst working collaboratively with other team members
• Be able to design and develop solution with self-service in mind
• Have good technical writing and documentation skills
