Will have managed a team of between 5 - 10
Able to manage with KPIs : Conversion , UPT , Sales , Mystery shop
Will be experienced in providing exceptional levels of one to one customer service
Will have worked with luxury, fine foods or a fashion based product
Love working to pace and take pride in working within a key location
Thrive in a target focussed environment
